When I was washing her some water accidentally got into her ear and she jerked up and hit the wall of the stable block, and bit her lip, you can it from the inside of her mouth too, she seems fine, is it anything to worry about?

I just feel so bad!

Bathe with salt water to keep clean. Just keep an eye on it, obviously. Cold compress might be good too.
