Absolutely agree. I took my clippers in for a service last year to local (large) tack shop. When I went to pick them up they weren't my clippers. After a rather heated conversation with sales person at tack shop who asked me how did I know they weren't mine 
Er, I've had mine for 10 years and they are a different model and a different colour She finally believed me and got in touch with Lister.
Lister replaced my 10 year old clippers with a brand new pair - no quibbling. Great company.
