im going out to the tack shop to get some clippers and the cheapest clippers they have got are lister start ones. are they any good? are they fairly quiet. prince is a little nervous of clippers but settles after a while so the quieter they are the better. any extra info greatly appreciated before i go spend over £200

I would generally buy Liveryman...just because it's what I've used before...but Lister is a name I've heard of and know a lot of people use.

I would search online first, I've just paid £162 for a set of Liveryman Blue Arena clippers...!

BUY BUY BUY i have pair and they are the best clippers have ever used. Light weight, easy, fantastic blades, great value for money. If you are clipper over 4 at a time they are not reccomended but if clipping a couple a day or just for personal use they are FANTASTIC!!!! If you have a scats counry store near you they have a deal on them, with free trimmers worth £50 and carry case etc for £220!!!!!
