Little advice needed on buying from a dealer

I'm interested in a horse on horsemart that is being advertised by a well known dealer in the West Midlands and am a little wary of them after reading some of the posts on previous threads on this forum.Would anyone be able to pm me and give me some advice on whether to contact them or not?
