My mare considers all grey horses and ponies as terrifying (possibly as they may be ghosts??) we were in the school tonight working around an assault course of cones, tyres, poles and uprights (first time she's been in a school with them) when she spooked at a grey pony being led past, jumped 4ft to the right, snorting and puffing BUT I STAYED UPRIGHT and most importantly was able to coax her into calming down and going over to have a look at him.
Now by most folks standards this is nowt but for me with my low confidence and her with her normally uncooperative ways this was a breakthrough! Hurrah! Totally pointless post but am a very happy bunny 😀 x
