Hi guys
So Fitzy is 9 months next week and as of tonight we are now the proud owners of 2 rollocks !! yes not just one anymore
anyway thats off the point
He's out 24/7 with another yearling (just turned+ same size as him) and a 4 year old sports pony. Tonight I have been up and brought him for a feed went to pick his feet out as per every night and felt a lump on his bone on the foreleg like a little splint with a scab had a bit of a poke and not in pain just wondering why I am faffing. He has black legs so its hard to see especially as it was going dark - thinking of clipping it off to have a propper look tomorrow. Worried as he is precious and I would love him to have clean legs, its more the boney lump (finger nail size) than the scab then Gutted as its scabbed ... so I've missed it last night and maybe the night before - bad mum :-( He's so good at picking his feet up he does it like an old man in turn !! He was bound to get a few lumps and bumps I guess
Poor boy - going to give it a good clean up and keep my eye on it now ... never realised how lucky I've been to have grey legs all this time
Any magic we can do to make him better ..... lord knows what I'm going to be like when he has his nads off if I'm like this with a pea size lump
