So on Monday Faran was gelded. Nice and simple one, he snored the whole way through it and continues to be a model patient.
Apart from some swelling and a little tunic portrusion after the fact due to the swelling he’s been doing great. Eating all his meds (and everything else in sight) and his course of AntiBs are nearly done. Vet was out on Wed to look at him and is very happy with his healing.
If the swelling is down we are going to our first little inhand show, a nice little relaxed Christmas affair

This was him yesterday after being a good boy getting his feet picked out and arnica gel put on his swollen bits. We have been working on his back feet being picked out but yesterday was the first time he had all four feet done without compliant and without a haynet or his lick. He’s a quick learner
