Does anyone here have any experience of this type of bitless noseband/bridle? I think they are mostly used in Endurance, particularly in America but have started to appear over here. I'm interested to hear peoples' views on them, good or bad.

Not really seen this type before so afraid i cant help you. Only thing i would say is a bitless without leverage, in my opinion, is best. If you want to go bitless, i would always say to go as mild as possible. Mostly because if taught right, they shouldnt need the leverage. But if it would suit your horse, it might be worth a try. Im just not a fan of hackamores anyway.

They are used more commonly in endurance. They are milder than traditional hackamores, but have more leverage than other bitless bridles - so if you had a horse who found a hackamore too strong, but can get a little too 'hot' for a milder bitless, they can be good.

I have used a Dr Cook's on The Tank and he eventually learnt to lean. I tried a hackamore and he backed off and was very unhappy. I tried the S hackamore and he was oblivious to it and had no steering or brakes! (He's back in a Baucher and much happier - I will now learn to stop messing!).

All in all, I was quite disappointed by the S Hackamore, but horses for courses.....

Thanks to you all for your comments, I just hadn't come across one before and was interested to know if anyone even used them in the UK! Very helpful.
