Little things that really grate....

I really did not realise how prevalent this lying malarkey is. I thought the experiences I was having were just odd. Let's see a 6yo full bred Connemara that can't be registered as such because the association says he's too big. A gelding. Turns out he's 11 and a part bred per registration with 2 disciplines. What F'n difference does it make? And then lie about how you did when it can be checked.

FWIW, if you say you jumped double clear in a 1.20m and left your tickets at home, I won't believe you and will tell you as much. I find it amazing that horses with the best jumping records have owners that can't ever find their tickets on those triumphant days!

It's this kind of bitchiness that makes me glad I'm not into competition and don't give a stuff what "papers" my own woolly girl or anybody else's has.

FWIW, if you tell me you jumped double clear etc etc I will believe you, won't expect to see your "tickets" (who would? :confused:). But then I won't actually care that much either way. :D
