Well we did manage to get the hatrick!!! 
in bad planning that was!!
Trekked all the way I mean a whole 20 minutes up the road to little downham horse trails! And no I didnt get lost just for change!! it's always been one of my favorite events, ever since I've fence judged there as a kid!
Another stab at the BE80 for us! Our stressage (yes it really is stressage!!) hasn't been going great, Beanz isn't really getting on with his bit anymore so I'm playing around trying to find something he does like, we haven't had much luck yet so I opted for a new tactic for today.... don't school him! it kinda worked, well it did up until the moment we went down the centre line! And the heavens opened!! He spooked epically before we even got to X!! Ahh well it was what it was and as always it's a work in progress! Ended up with a 39.8 a tad frustrating as he can do so much better than that but heyho we were already drenched so made a dash for the lorry!
The sun came out!! Woohooo!!
Tacked up for sj and as soon as I entered the arena.... yup you guessed it the heavens opened again!! drenched once again but we did go clear!! Clever pony!! that makes up for our stressage!!
Back to the box and it dried up again #crazybritishweather quick change of gear and on to xc!!!
Yup you guessed it we hit the hatrick! As soon as I was in the start box the heavens opened again!!! I didn't have anything left that wasn't soaked! He stormed the xc, even caught another a rider up and had to overtake!! Home clear and inside the time once again!!
Little legend, home on our dressage score alright not a great dressage score but we did still manage to sneak into 9th place!! Another top ten finish!!!! Superstar!! I did stay for the prize giving this time round!!
Also this was the first time and probably the last that my mum actually came and watched us event.... and it pissed it down!!
No photos as the pros were expensive and i have plenty of him jumping 80cm fences now! But i do have this footage of our sj and xc round so do enjoy! The commentator is rather funny when i was overtaking the slower horse!!
