Not very good at this forum thing! But message to Box of Frogs to say I have added my response from the Remount query to my original post for your info! Am computer illiterate mostly! Hope you find it!

Found it punk! As you say, not very helpful as "organically grown herbs to aid liver function" could be anything. I guess they are trying to protect their formula. TBH the herb that does the trick is Milk Thistle. I expect Remount has other stuff in it too and it almost certainly won't do any harm but the way I see it, when you need to know something that could be life or death, you go to the best and most experienced source in the land. And that is very definitely Professor Derek Knottenbelt of Liverppool University. The man is a saint as he travels all over the world giving lectures and seminars on horse diseases (he e-mailed me, a bog standard owner, from Sweden!!!) yet always has time to help individual horse owners. He is a world expert in liver damage and when he says D&H Milk Thistle, then I get D&H Milk Thistle! But anyone whose ned has suspected liver damage, that is only PART of the whole management/liver support that has to be put in place. x

MILK THISTLE IS FAB STUFF AS WELL AS RESTORE AND RAGAID FROM GLOBAL HERBS THAT HAS MILK THISTLE IN IT AND MANY MORE LIVER BOOSTING HERBS IN IT. PUNK IF YOU WOULD LIKE ANY HELP OR INFO ON LIVER DIEASE OR DAMAGE PLEASE CONTACT ME I WILL HELP IN ANY WAY POSS AS I HAD TO LEARN ALOT VERY QUICKLY AFTER I LOSTED MY GIRL TO LIVER DIEASES 5 MONTHS AGO DUE TO DREADED RAG WORT POISIONING!
