liver disease is resonably common horses. some cases show signs of colic some dont, just depends. ragwort commonly causes liver failure.

what do u want to know? and please tell me it isnt RU!!!!!!!

My old mare (who's had everything known to vetkind) had suspected liver failure when she was 9....she's now 18 and shows no signs...
Mind you, she's also been diagnosed with heart failure, lung failure.........LOL!

an old horse of mine had this he recovered but we always fed restore afterwards as this helps with the liver function
