Liver problems and feeding

I have just had the results of Rufty's blood tests which were taken due to him being ribby. They show high liver enzymes but very normal liver function. My vet has said not to worry but retest in a month.

I would like to ensure that I support his liver as much as possible in the meantime and try to prevent further damage. From reading the forums I believe that Milk Thistle and Yea Sacc assist the liver and I intend to start using these. My main question is what should I feed him? He is out on good grazing 24/7 and in light work.The only place he looks thin is on his ribs.He has a good bum but has slight fat pads behind his saddle and a bit of a crest on his neck. He has not got Cushings. He is aged 20 arab X welsh.

In himself he seems very well and is lively to ride. He has a very good appetite

Any advice would be welcome

My mare has tested high for liver enzymes twice, once was about 4yrs ago and more recently in Feb, both times vet has said to put her on Equistro's Haemolytan 400 this has worked a treat, combined with milk thistle.

Hope that is of some help. My mare is the same age and I would say, without seeing a picture, the same look of being ribby but not underweight.
