Does anyone know where I can find a supplement with niacamide ursodeoxyeholic and SAMe for my boy?
He’s 28kg so needs a fairly big dose
I think they only do tablets for one thing so would need to find 3 different tablets unless someone knows a place that does all in one?

Denamarin is a dog SAMe (and Silybin) supplement. Niacinamide is available for humans in any healthfood store.

UCDA/Ursodiol is a prescription med so you won't find it available without

ETA: Is this for your boy diagnosed with hepatocutaneous syndrome? You might want to talk to your vet about zinc and fatty acid supplements to support the skin and amino acid supplementation (we use a proprietary body building supplement) alongside the hepatic or high protein food.

They'll need to give you a prescription for ursodiol/ursofalk then

The amino acid support and zinc/omega fatty acids are all available over the counter if you decide to go with those also
