Okay wood pellet lovers could you give me a heads up here on LWP products. The economy pellets are at a very attractive price but are they any good, or as good as the premium? Is it worth paying the extra or are you getting a bargain by getting the cheaper ones?

I'm using White horse economy...I have never tried premium so cannot compare but I find the economy very good.

Im using one bag per week per horse, so do plan to buy premium next time, now my bed is established. I've heard that premium are more Bsorbant, and stay whiter, but I have no complaints!

I use the economy, haven't used the premium so can't do a fair comparison. Seems they are just more expensive and whiter. Someone at my yard has premium and they end up going the same colour as mine anyway!

I use straw pellets! They are similar to the wood pellets but are better for the horses and more environmentally friendly! Oh and are a lot cheaper than LWP!!!

I have only tried the premium and even then I get through around 2 - 3 sacks a week per horse in the winter, but I take all the wet out every day.
