Liverpool wood pellets not replying!

Anyone else have issues with no response to emails?
I emailed over a week ago and resent it Wednesday but still nothing!
Not impressed after reading a few issues people had on here I decided to give them a go for my wood fuel anyway, and although my order arrived promptly it turned up with no prior warning and to the delivery address used 2 years ago not the one on this order so i had to move it from there to home! On top of this a few bags were split. Feeling disappointed now with the overall way it went.
 
They didnt reply to my emails last week either. Like you my delivery turned up but without any warning and it was left blocking the entrance to the drive. I had to move them all and also noticed a fair number of split bags. Maybe ill look at Corley next time.
 
Never had a problem with them. The split bags might be from the delivery firm to be fair; the only split bag I've had, the poly wrapping the pallet had been pierced and it had caught the bag but that's the only time. Besides, LWP leave it to their nationwide delivery firms to tell you when delivery will be or that's what has happened for me, mine come from Wales and they always ring that morning to tell me approx' time.
