Livery agreement?

Going to rent one of my stables to a work colleague for his daughters pony but need agreement in case things go wrong! I will be providing hay/straw, hard feed and wormers and also feeding in the morning and turning out/bringing in when appropriate. can fing plenty of agreements for loaning a horse/pony but not livery agreements. If anyone knows where I can get one preferably free! I would be very grateful.

Go to the BHS or NFU site for a draught contract.

The BHS do the best one. Although, disclaimers and contracts rarely stand up in court (especially with horse related issues)!

Don't forget to get some PL insurance. It will probably be fairly pricey but definately worth it. You could alway pass the cost on to the livery owner.
