Livery around Bury St Edmunds area

Do any of you lovely HHO'ers know of livery around the Bury St Edmunds area.

I'm living in the town centre at the moment so I'm happy to travel up to 10 miles out of the town.
I need DIY or assisted DIY.
I need access to a decent menage in which I can jump and lunge (or there be a seperate lunge pen)
There must be year round turn out and ideally the option to have out 24/7 (even if this is just in the summer months)
It must be friendly.

I'm not bothered by the smartness of a place and would rather be on a happy, scruffy yard than a spotless unfriendly one.

Any suggestions gratefully received.

Hi we currently have spaces at our livery yard which is near mildenhall! Offering part or diy livery! It is also possible to discuss individual requirements as to what sort of livery suits you and your horse's routine!

There is an outside menage and over 3 hours of off road hacking!! I hope this may be of some help to you?!
