Livery around Haydon Bridge?

I'm moving to Haydon Bridge as now working there and looking for somewhere to keep my horse if anyone can help?

Not sure there is any liveries as such. I've heard there's one at Newbrough but it doesn't have a brilliant reputation. In Hexham there is a small one up Causey Hill and someone was posting on here a while ago that they were planning on starting a livery a few miles from Hexham. Failing that, could you rent/buy a piece of land from a farmer? Are you in the village itself or outside?
