Livery - Ashover - Chesterfield

Hello
Starting to get chilly and i'm moving my two TB's to a yard near Ashover on the outskirts of Chesterfield this weekend. Lucky to get in there really. There were six stables but will be four left once i move there. My stables will be 12x12ft, and i think at least three more are the same size, with one smaller.

PM me for details and i will send what details i was given.

Moving to the area in the spring, trying to find somewhere for my mare... Is there still stables free or do u know of any grazing 😊
 
Ideally I'd like to find a place with few people and who are friendly! It would be great to find somewhere where we can help each other out. If anyone knows of anything please could you let me know. Thanks :)
 
Hi, there is a space free on my yard in ashover. There are only 4 stables so very small but friendly. It's diy only although we do help eachother out. There's a school and good hacking but turnout is restricted at the moment. Let me know if you need anymore info and I can pm you the preloved ad :)

Ok, can I ask a few questions lol
can the horses be turned out 24/7 in the summer? Is everyone friendly? I start work at 730 am, would it be possible to share turning out? I finish at 330 so very happy to bring in. Sorry for all the questions it's just a nervy decision to make as I'm sure u know. Also thank you for the time your taking xx

Hi,

No problem at all. It's lovely and quiet. As I say there are only 3 of us there, me and another girl and a man who has a youngster so it's really me and the other girl who use the school so it's never hard to find a space. We aren't currently turning out in the field, only using the school during the day. Hoping to be able to turn out in the next month or so. I'm not sure about turning out 24/7 in the summer, I haven't asked although I know the owners liked to bring their horses in at night all year round so they may want us to do this too. It's very friendly and I'm sure it would be no problem to share turn out/bring in, me and the other girl are doing that at the moment with ours in the school.

You have been great thank you. I'd like to come and have a look. I'm away for a week as of tomorrow but ill give u a message when I'm back if ok. I do have the owners number so ill give her a call as well. Again thanks loads x
 
Hi. I know your post is old but do you have any spare livery for one pony? I'm willing to help out with other horses if required and knowledgeable with horses. If you haven't any room do you know of anywhere in Ashover please? Kind regards Joanna.
