Well we've finally moved house and after saying I wouldn't rush into a new horse, I am doing a "second viewing" of one being sold by a friend of a friend on Sunday. If I still like him, his current owner is happy to hold on to him for a couple of months but I will need to start looking for somewhere to keep him! I'm looking for somewhere with year-round turnout, 24/7 in the summer and at least during the day in the winter. Other facilities not so important as turnout. Can anyone recommend anywhere round here? It's a new area for us so have no idea!
Please PM me if there's anywhere I should definitely avoid!

Hi there

Just wondering how you got on finding a yard near Cawood? I live in Cawood and really want to move my horse closer to home. Not sure what the options are really....? Any suggestions welcome :-)

Thanks!

Hi there doodlebugg. I ended up keeping him at one friend's for a while and have now moved to another friend's so didn't explore all possibilities I'm afraid. There do seem to be quite a few yards in the area though, although I think grazing and turnout are quite variable.
