Does £35/wk sound reasonable for grass livery that includes hay and feeding am/pm, watering, and poo picking? Stables are going up in the next few months, so liveries will have use of those as well, along with an outdoor riding area. Not sure if that's too much/too little/just right. This is not my place btw, so not an advert in any way shape or form.

Where is it? And will it be diy then not grass once the stables are up?

It's in Gloucestershire, and it will stay DIY in the respect that the only things liveries would need to do is muck out/rug/turn out. Feeding/watering would be done, straw/hay provided, and grass livery would still be an option. If someone wanted a stall, then that option will be there as well.

If hay/straw are provided it is very reasonable, as long as they provide enough and dont start charging for extra haynets like some places seem to now.
