Livery Dilemna

Hi,
I have a bit of a livery problem and I don't know what to do

My friend has to move yards as the present yard does not have room for her foal and she needs all 3 horses in the same place. Question is do I go with her?
My boy needs a yard with a school because he has arthritis of the coffin joint in his left fore so when the ground gets hard most of his work needs to be done on a surface. He also cannot jump unless it is on a surface.
We have been at the other yard before and the YO promised alot but it was just empty promises. Now she has her own horses and has submitted planning it looks promising but I still don't trust her.

Wait till its all done and then move! Hopefully you could hack out with the new livery...

Planning could take 6 months, building it 6 months+

So if you are prepared to spend over a year without a surface, go. However I don't think its a good idea with your boy.

I don't think either option is ideal from what you say. You need somewhere with a good surface for your horse and at present neither option provides this.....couldn't you expand your options?
