Livery - Eccleshall/Woodseaves

Hi All

Can anyone recommend any good livery yards (DIY/Part) in the above area?

Also, and similarly, can anyone recommend any good hacking/ shows / farriers / vets etc. in these areas?

There are actually quite a few yards that way on

I am useless with names though so can't remember them. Eccleshall animal health has loads of adverts for them.

Vets I use Shires ask for Paul !!

Farrier Steve Hill lots of local people will recommend another one with intials JN while he is good he is unreliable time wise

shows, depends whether you mean local riding club on grass (summer shows) or indoor venues etc

You are near Stafford RC and Trentham RC small one is Greenacres RC. Penkridge RC isn't too far

Beaver hall isn't a million miles away neither is Rodbaston/ Kingswood /fieldhouse/Eland Lodge these are about an hour a bit more bit less

Smeltings Farm - 0114 230 7661 very porfessional. Or if you want something slightly more laid back Bradway area have a few - not far from Ecclesall and a little bit cheaper. Try Border View Farm 0114236 0733 - I think this might be the number for the shop but they will give you the right number
