Livery etc North Wales

Hi all - A close friend of mine is planning to move to Harlech area - or within 30min drive, and is considering opening up her options from looking at houses with land, to looking for ones without and putting her two horses on livery. She's not managed to find anywhere local, and also been told the local farmers are very anti-horse, so even renting a field isn't an option. Any ideas? She's leaving a property with a gorgeous stable block school and 8 acres so I think she's mad anyway, although I can well understand her wanting to move to Wales!!! Any local knowledge welcome? She's going for a week to Harlech 1st week Sept so pointers really welcomed!

Does she have to be in Harlech? I know of a very reasonably priced yard with 10 acres, school, boxes and 4 bed house in North Shropshire. Very horsey area, but probably approx 45mins to an hour to Harlech.

Details of that would be good if you have them - I THINK she has her heart set on Wales, arounf Harlech, or maybe slightly out into the hills - no more than 30min from there though she did mention... but would like to tell her about your suggestion anyway! Thanks
