As title really, desperate to find stables/grazing for 2 horses plus their long term companion pony? Would love to help them but we have no spare stables. Suggestions?

My YO has vacancies but it is very very basic. She does nothing at all, and I don't mean that nastily! It is a rundown farm, but there are barn stables and we have a field to divide up more or less as it suits us. It is very cheap; hay and straw available, or can buy in other bedding. Straw is £20 for a big bale and atm hay is £55 (buying in hay is a bit of a no-no)
