Livery/grazing in Exmouth

I may be moving to Exmouth, I may not be but I need to find out if I did move there whether there are any livery yards/grazing between the route of Exeter to Exmouth. I know of those in Exeter and also Budleigh Salterton but that is too far out. Does any one know of anything along the Exeter to Exmouth route or within a reasonable distance?

There is a place on the edge of lympstone called strawberry fields - at the crossroads by St Peters school - other then that, there is Goodmores which isn't too far away, St Johns is on the other side of exmouth, but has good facilities.
