Looking for 24/7 year round turnout in the area, Kenmure is out as they stable through winter, and as I don't drive I can't stray too far from public transport routes - any ideas?

Don't know of a yard with 24/7 all year turnout but do know of one with 24/7 turnout in summer, and approx. 6-8 hours turnout in everything except the worst weather in winter if that's any use?
