livery/grazing wanted within 5 mls of Mkt Bosworth

Hi, im looking for a small livery yard or private yard for a 14.3 gelding within 5 miles of Mkt Bosworth. id ideally like part livery or can do DIY depending on where it is. would prefer it to have a manege with lighting, decent hacking, 24/7 turnout in summer and as much as possible in winter.

By the way, i am over 40, sensible and pay promptly! can probably get past having no lighting in manege but would at least like an area for schooling.
