Livery in Doune/Dunblane/Stirling area

Hello,

Moving to Doune area very soon, desperately searching for a livery for my big gelding within 20mins drive max.

I have combed through previous threads (long term lurker) but it seems like some places changed hands and some are very difficult to find contact info for, can anyone please please share some local knowledge?

My boy is very easy and sociable(nosey), and I like a quiet-ish, friendly or at least low drama environment. We hack and do a bit of dressage. Assisted or Full preferred as I am working, if DIY then it would need to offer additional services at short notice too.

Non-negotiable:

-all year turnout
-outdoor with decent surface, 25x45 minimum
-good hacking at doorstep, no very busy roads to cross

Would be dreamy to have an indoor too but it's not a deal breaker.

Prefer not to be attached to riding school if possible.

Craigarnhall on the Keir Estate, very good.
Boghall near Thornhill, very good.
Ballochallan near Callander, bit iffy.
There's a yard near Kinbuck, not sure what it's called, good I think.
Wellsfield near Denny, has RS attached but good yard.
Stirling and Central near Denny, very good.
Drumbrae near BofA - I wouldn't touch the place with anyone's bargepole.
There's lots more, but can't think of them just now.

There's a few more that I've remembered!

Murrayshall near Cambusbarron, DIY only I think, but I know the owner and she's lovely!
Newpark in Stirling, no idea what it's like nowadays.
Auchenbowie near Stirling, again no idea what it's like.
Torbeag Equestrian near Callander, I know she occasionally has liveries but not sure if she has any at the moment.
There's a few folk around Doune who share fields but there are no arenas and definitely no services with that option!

There is a yard behind Boghall whose name I cannot recall and I think it had an indoor school….there is a yard next to Craigarnhall closer to Doune….another just off motorway M9 at northern end of Dunblane and another (Craig ton Farm ?) near Kinbuck…..
