Hi everyone! Long time lurker, recently signed up (scaryyy). I'm looking into livery options for the future (DIY or part depending on price) in preferably the Epsom, Ashtead, Claygate or at a push, the Kingswood area. The things I would like included would be decent (I know what turnout in Surrey can be like!) turnout, a floodlit school and off-road hacking (if i'm being picky). Also, because I don't drive yet, public transport access is also needed. A friendly atmosphere is also a must, I have dealt with bullying on a livery yard before and it was awful. The yards i've found that I like the sound of are Heronsmere (Laura Dawson), Gasstons and Slough farm in Claygate. If anyone has any reviews on these could you PM me please?

I'm wondering if there are anymore yards that I can look into, and that anyone has a review on? I have contacted a couple of yards but I would like some reviews from people that have had or know of experiences there.
Thankyou! :)

Hi Monkeyroo, you can also try Horton Farm in Epsom/ewell (a few people catch the train although it is a good 15 mins walk) and Manor Farm in Claygate (there is a bus not too far away). they both have turnout although at the moment, with all the unusual rain, quite a few places are letting the fields rest.
Horton has an outdoor school only while Manor Farm has both indoor and outdoor.

I hope this helps.
