Livery in Hertfordshire

Could someone give me an idea of the cost of diy and part livery in hertfordshire? Particularly St Albans / Hemel Hempstead / Welwyn Garden City / Harpenden / Sandridge / Redbourn area. What is the going rate in this area? Also if anyone rents land privately from a farmer what is the going rate for grazing?

I am near Hemel and pay £25 a week for DIY.. thats stable, 24/7/365 turnout if needed and outdoor school. Prices round here seem to go from £18-£45 a week DIY depending on facilities.

I'm between st. albans and hatfield - pay £100/month for DIY - stabled at night in winter, out in day - 24/7 turnout in summer. We have loads of land, hacking track, and outdoor school. Hay is £2.75 and straw £1.25 although this seems to vary a lot in this area!
