Livery in / near Cardiff

Hi everyone!
I'm moving from Yorkshire to Cardiff for work in three months ish and so need some advice about livery yards.
I'm looking for DIY or assisted DIY, not full livery, somewhere North of Cardiff city centre as that's the side work will be but not too far out as I haven't worked out where I will be living yet!
I need advice on places to go and those to avoid and why, prices, availability (no point telling me about somewhere with a waiting list!), facilities (a school or somewhere to school is a must) etc.
We don't really compete - the odd local thing if nearby as I don't have transport. He can live out but he's 21 and so could do with a stable. Don't mind about anything else!
Any advice welcome as I haven't a clue!!!

off the top of my head, sunnybank, caerphilly or the alps, wenvoe. there is one called wenallt in rhibina. cardiff riding school does livery. will think of some more shortly.

Wenallt farm has 2 or 4 places at the moment. fantastic hacking. 24/7 turnout in summer, in at night in winter. Help on hand for part DIY. Direct access to bridleways. Very little road work. They are building a manege beginning of June. Owners are onsite so ideal if it snows or whatever.
