Livery in Newmarket/Bury St Edmunds

I am looking for either assisted DIY or part livery between Bury St Edmunds and Newmarket in Suffolk.
Can anyone recommend any yards? Or suggest any I should avoid?
The minimum facilities I need are a flood lit school, all year turnout (at least 4 hours per day), hacking and lorry storage.

There was one person advertising on the CWG website, at Great Saxham, between BSE and Newmarket - sounded quite good, and I was considering going to have a look myself. Will see if I can find the ad for you

There is a small yard at Kentford, really nice stables big arena but cant remember if it had flood lights, all year turn out but cant tell you what the hacking is like, pm me for her phone number as I wouldn't want to put it on here without her permission.
