Livery in Newmarket. Did that thread ever come to anything?

There was one before Christmas and I can't find it (I'm too lazy basically) but I was really quite interested. I'm thinking of moving to Exning or that side of Newmarket and have no idea what the livery situation that way is. I could probably put Nitty into training but I can't imagine any trainers taking BH!!! :D

Anyone live out that way? Am I being optimistic to think I could move the horses out there?

There was a thread but no idea what became of it!

My best friend, who owns naughty baby pony's sister, moved down that way earlier in the year and looked round lots of livery places - I can try and find out some more from her if you like?

if you don't mind that would be great. Obviously finding a house has to happen first but I don't want to move somewhere and then realise I'm utterly stuck for somewhere for the nags.

They do complicate life somewhat don't they?!

I lived in newmarket for about 6 yrs, havnt my own horse but know people that have. Its hard to find livery in newmarket itself as v small and all racing yards but on little villages just outside soham/chippenham/kennet etc there are lots. always good to look in horse requistes shop on black bear lane as they have notice board with lots of things on and can also try gibson saddlers just nr tattersalls sales they are more racing side but do have notice board too with lots of things and also ask in these two shops as the people that work in there often have their own horses or know of places. Hope this helps and when you go to newmaket I hope you fall in love with it as much as did :)
