I'm looking for livery for 2 horses within 30/40 mins of Swaffham, Norfolk ( I could travel a little more if the facilities were worth it). I would like full livery either out at grass and cared for (checked daily, rugs changed, fed and field poo picked) or stabled at night. Must have lots of daily turnout, not just a few hours each day and I need access to good off road riding for fitness work . An arena is also preferred, but I could settle for an all weather gallop or some other quality schooling facility so long as it is floodlit.

A wash room etc is a bonus, but not essential.

Any recomendations?
