Livery in Nottinghamshire

Hi all,
I'm moving down to Nottingham in the summer and am obviously looking at livery yards. My OH and I have an offer on a house in cotgrave. I will be working in nottingham and the OH is working at Newark. After a quick Internet search my ideal livery seemed to be a place called ' all ashes equestrian' having never been to the area in a horse related fashion I have no idea of the reputation of places. So if anyone knows anything about all ashes do please tell

or if anyone knows of somewhere that isn't too expensive. Does DIY with services ( all I need is turnout/feed on a morning ) with a decent school. Indoor would be nice but definitely not essential as long as the outdoor drains and is lit. Good turnout 365 where possible. Ok hacking preferably mostly off road. And good storage space ( but that's me being selfish I have room to store at home) . Also within about 10/ 15 minutes drive of cotgrave but will travel up to 20 for right yard .

Check out lovrin as well, I've been to see it and it was really nice, fab facilities and best of all, they poo pick for you! Have a feeling all ashes doesn't have that much turnout.

Bassingfield Riding School also does livery and is not far from Cotgrave.

Wymeswold, down the road from all ashes. Good website http://www.lovrin.co.uk. Got really fab hacking, access to prestwold estate and you can hack to field farm cross country.

There are a couple of private yards in cotgrave that do livery, would be worth a bit of door knocking I reckon

There's a great park in cotgrave to hack round and has proper horse sand / chipped canter paths
