Livery in south Derby desperately sought!

OH has just been given the news he will be sent to south Derby for work - and due to commuter rush etc we're going to try settle in that area. Only we're having a nightmare trying to find somewhere that is:

• DIY
• Not a big competition yard
• Option for part/full if needed (holidays etc)
• Good hacking
• Reasonably priced

OH is going to view Oak Dene and Barleyfields tomorrow - we are currently resorting to putting him on part/full for the first few weeks we arrive - probably a good idea for the moving in nightmare.

or if you just go over the border into staffordshire, there's quite a few. The yard i'm on is in anslow nr burton on trent and I know they have a space at the moment.
