Livery in the Epping/Theydon Bois Area, Please?

My friend is looking for livery for her 13 hh cob mare.

She would like 24hr turnout in the summer, and preferably winter too. This is her main criteria.

Have you tried Woodredon EC? it's a very nice yard and I know T/O is 24/7 in summer, not to sure about winter though, but worth a try. Hope your friend finds something soon.
