Livery in West Lothian

I posted this in the main Tack Room board before I discovered the Scotland one (been a while since my last visit to HHO and didn't know it was here!)

I'm looking for livery in West Lothian, I'm in South Queensferry and would really like somewhere within 15-20 minutes of there. Part livery would probably be best as I work 9-5 in Edinburgh during the week so don't have a mass of spare time on weekdays I don't have a horse at the moment but am on the hunt for one.

Most important things:
- Arena
- Good hacking (off road or on quiet roads)
- Year-round turnout, preferably overnight in the summer and daily in winter

Does anyone have any recommendations?

Have you looked at Cameg Stud? I'm training a horse there and it seems really nice. Off road hacking, nice arena, nice people. Horses are out 24/7 in summer and out for a few hours in winter. They might be full up now, but worth getting on a waiting list if so.

There is a yard near Kirkliston whose name is on the tip of my tongue and I will remember as soon as I post this! Lots of others in the area I think. We are 25mins from newbridge so too far out.
