any recommendations for a livery yard/ yard to rent in Worcs?

main need is a floodlit school with a surface you can jump on and also need good hacking.

horses can live in (but need someone to turn out in morning)
or out (as long as not in a quagmire).

need secure fencing, prefer not to have to throw my horses in with a huge gang of mares or geldings although happy for my 3 to go in the field together or for them to be turned out in pars with other horses.

local to either Kidderminster, Stourport or Bromsgrove.

is it so much to ask??? i am really struggling.

my current yard is perfect and ticks all of the boxes but doesn't have a school and i will have 3 horses in work next winter = impossible without all weather surface and lights.

Have you tried Bissellwood? They have menages, xc course and good hacking. If you google it their website should come up

Or Birchwood Equestrian - not 100% sure if they definately do livery

I think theres a livery yard at Lincomb xc course in Stourport to - they have a website that comes up on google to

Think they only do full livery but worth checking - if I could afford it my horses would be there - Lana who runs it is very knowledgable and is a fab instructor

bissell wood don't have floodlit maneges and the surface is just compacted ground (apart from the one by the house which is a 10 minute hack through the woods from the stables).

lincomb nice but no lights on school.

woodmere nearby doesn't have enough room for 3 sadly.

birchwood only do full livery and if i had 3 horses on that, i would have to sell my flat and bunk up with one of them!
not sure my OH would be impressed

I know one in Bromsgrove but I don't know whether the school is floodlit or not. Beautiful turn out (perfect fences and each horse gets their own paddock which are big and not at all boggy with alternate winter/summer fields) plus stables in a barn so under cover, good hacking (the yard is down my lane so same hacks as I go on), they have a nice mini xc course too. Not really a competition yard or anything though, think most liveries are happy hackers. Will take a better look at the school when I ride past it next (will be tomorrow) and let you know if its floodlit or not. It's called Monsieurs Hall Farm & Livery

ETA: Just found their website and it says the school is floodlit

that place looks great, thank you!

and its in between home and work so perfect location.

fingers crossed they have enough space for us.

Keybridge Livery is part or full livery, floodlit menage, excellent hacking, horse walker, hacking distance to Lincomb and Gracelands, or Gracelands have indoor school and outdoor and do livery, Keybridge website is down at the moment but its 5 mins from Junction 5 of m5 at Hampton Lovett Nr Droitwich, if you want the number Pm me.

Keybridge is not within hacking distance of Lincomb (even as the crow flies, and what about the TRAFFIC!!!) and it would take at least an hour to hack to Gracelands. Hacking OK if you avoid the rush hour, a few routes round lanes and a Permissive Bridlepath quite near. Seems well run.

Gracelands is a busy competition centre, but they have reasonable facilities and I think they do liveries. Then there is Radnall Farm just down the road from Gracelands, they have an indoor school for liveries and literally about half a mile from Gracelands - they have a very long farm drive! Hacking not wonderful, but OKish.

We have people hack to Gracelands and Lincomb quite often, you do have to cross the A449 but it is do-able and depends how long you ride for and fitness of the horses.
