Livery Monmouthshire/Torfaen

Hi!

Does anyone know of any nice RELIABLE part or full livery stables with good turnout in this area? As close to Usk/Raglan/Abergavenny/Cwmbran as possible? I'm not from the area but doing some research for a friend who is local & looking - so I thought I'd try here for recommendations.
