Hi. I'm hopefully moving to Nairn soon and will be needing livery for my boy. Looking for all year-round turnout and stabling. Need reliable assisted as I will be working away sometimes. Lots of livery yards seem to be set up for competitive riders so looking for somewhere that will accept us for who we are, and where should we avoid!! Have googled but hard to know if they are nice places or not? Don't want to have to keep moving him as this will be a big move!! If you have contact details even better.

Hi, can't help, not my area but have you tried asking on Highland Horse Chat FB group? They seem a friendly bunch.

Nicky, I have sent you a message.

The yards in the area that look set up for competition have a variety of liveries so don't be put off by that. They vary from retired to happy hackers.

I'm mainly a happy hacker and at Ellands people were happy to accompany me and my nervous pony a few years ago.
Mundole has some fab hacking near it.

If you ping a message on Highland Horse Chat there are loads of people happy to mention yards that will suit.
I've been in a few different yards in the area for various reasons and there's a lot that have 24/7 turnout.
