Livery near Leamington Spa - advise please

I've have decided now is time to own a horse again and hope I can get some local advice. I'm based in Leamington Spa, but there doesn't seem to be much off road hacking or a show to hack to (I'm not brave enough to drive a horse box!). So, I'm hoping for some suggestions for places reasonably local with good hacking, indoor school / flood lit school, year round turnout and in hacking distance to a local show. I'm thinking DIY livery with turning out and the option for part livery if needed.

Any advice appreciated. Thanks. :)
 
My friend has a yard in LSpa.. I'll text her later and see if she has any space or knows of anywhere..
 
I'm in Kenilworth and really struggled due to the hacking issue locally. But I was looking for full livery. I ended up out Henley in Arden way where there is more off road hacking.

This might be a little too far for you, but I share my horse at Netherwood stables in Chadwick End which is between Warwick and Solihull (sort of!). Its a lovely yard with great facilities, everyone is really friendly so I would recommend it. Only issue is off-road hacking (there isnt much really!) but if you can put that aside its a great yard.

Very close to Netherwood is Swallowfield - http://swallowfield.net/

They do liveries as well as being a competition yard, this is where a lot of the girls from my yard go to compete every week. Facilities are amazing, I'd imagine it might be pricy though!

Thanks for all the suggestions. I'm thinking travelling 15/20m from home and work is fine, so that gives a bit of scope. I've realised I missed friendly nice people off my list, so its great to hear people recommending where they are.

I'm going to do some ringing round for prices etc. Thanks again. :)
 
If you want the Warwick side of Leam you could try Lowlands and Windmill both in Shrewley have indoors and are close to decent hacking - and Lowlands has shows onsite. There are also couple of yards in Pinley which is near Yarningale Common which is excellent :D

Can try and look out some details for you or you might google them. Town Crier in Balsall Common is very good but think they only do Full Livery.

There are some good places out towards Moreton Morrell too but cant think of the names right now.

Thank you - Shrewley looks like a good option and not too far. I'll google, this gives some more to try which is great.
