My daughter is a student at RVC and will be at the clinical campus in Hawkshead near Potters Bar from September. The plan is to take one of the horses up there to keep at livery, and realistically, full DIY isn't going to be the best option, so would need at least DIY-assisted or part/full. The horse is a part TB mare and needs confident handling but isn't a total nutter. A sand school is essential and off-road hacking would be useful.
Can anyone recommend a good yard in this area, or anywhere to avoid (by PM). As she will be looking for digs shortly, it would help to keep in mind where the horse is likely to be.
