Hi everyone,

I've been very happy at my yard for the past 3 years and I now have a dilemma. It is perfect in every way apart from - I cant jump in our school and I have a new mare who I really want to get back into jumping with!

So I'm on the lookout for a new yard.

I need -
Floodlit school with surface that doesn't flood or freeze (that you are allowed to jump in)
Daily turnout for decent amount of time
Trailer storage
Single turnout or small groups (I have a very lovely mare)
A friendly yard with people to play with!
secure tack storage

I would love but could go without- good hacking (but i can trailer to hack out). It would also be nice to have some company occasionally (I'm totally on my own in the evenings at mine and it's lonely!),24/7 turnout option for the summer.

I am an easy going friendly person and I compete most weekends and also with Elstead RC in DR, showing etc (and the plan is to jump!). I'm always willing to transport people in my trailer and I am happy to share duties with someone when it comes to turnout, bring in etc.

I live in Ash, work in Guildford in the week and teach in Ripley on a Sunday. So I'm looking around Guildford from Aldershot, Woking to Ripley and surrounding areas within reason. Elstead, Tilford areas as well as Clandon, Chilworth areas also considered.

If close to work or home then DIY is fine and I'm more than happy to share yard duties. I further afield I will need Part or assisted DIY with at least morning turnout. Sensible budget available.

I know these yards (Bridley, Parwood, Littlefield, Classford, Passengers, North Wyke, Shortlands, Bonnishot, Gravetts Lane, Springfield (Bailes Farm), Albury EC, HiFly etc).

What I'm looking on here for is anywhere private or off the radar that may have spaces? Very happy to help maintain a yard so long as the school and grazing are good!

Thanks,
Jenni
