Livery needed near Uckfield

I'm just about to move to Uckfield and need to find full / part livery for my
15h gelding. Ideally I would like a school with flood lights, access to off road hacking, individual turn out and an owner who lives on site. Does anyone know of any yards like this ? As I am new to the area, if there are any yards I should avoid, I would be glad of the warning.

Rowebuck stud is very nearby, and although I haven't used it myself I have been there and have friends who have liveried there.

You could try looking in the local Friday-A mag - lots of listings in there normally, or look somewhere like Windmill Feeds tack shop (Cross-in-hand) and Sian's Saddlery (top of Uckfield on the Buxted road) as they have notice boards.

It used to be quite a premier competition centre 'back in the day' and I remember it being a lovely place. Friend has met the new owners and said they are very nice.

It's only about 2.5 miles from Uckfield.

Friends of mine own Fontmills farm on the a267 in hellingly, it is on the cuckoo trail, individual turn out, floodlit school and most importantly, really really lovely people, there is no bitching, nothing gets stolen and they're such a nice bunch... If you'd like owners number just pm me
