Livery needed - North Beds

Hi Guys,

Hoping someone may be able to help. I'm looking for livery for minimum of 2 but possibly 4, in North Beds. Would consider a small yard to rent. Must have good turnout, ideally an arena but could compromise. Can provide excellent references.

Think I'm looking for the impossible!

dont the horses get their individual turnout paddocks there anymore? my friend had a horse there on DIY livery for a while and theyve got great facilities -could use schools, xc course etc as much as you wanted. and its fantastic for bridleways and hacks. No idea what itd be like if you didnt do DIY though.
 
The paddocks were just dust - so I'd imagine they are now mud. Also heard very bad things about the new yard manager, I think 90% of the liveries have left. I don't think there is a DIY option either, just part or full. After my current yard I'd really just like to have sole use or a small yard with just a couple of others.
