Livery Newark

I may have to move to the Newark area this year. I will be looking for a nice yard as Leonards new home. It will need to have a decent arena indoor or out, I'd prefer to go somewhere small and private but Leonard is acustom to busier yards so may consider being based at a competion centre, hes on DIY at the moment but I have the option of some assistance which will definately be required if I do move someone to turn out or bring in so I only have to go once a day would be perfect.

Anyone live in Newark? Have a contact there? I want to start putting feelers out and having a look althought it might not happen until late summer. I've been having a look on line and found Newark dressage at Coddington does anyone know if they do livery? Elms Farm and the College EC may be feasible depending on where we move and the packages they have.

I'm used to been a mainly adult yards with people that compete and would like it to stay that way if possible!

I live in Newark, unfortunately.
Yes Newark Dressage do livery,
Elms farm is around half hour from Newark,
There are often some small local DIY ones advertised in tack shop windows.
Iv kept my horse here for 7 years & cant think!!! Im having a mind block.
TBH around Newark there arent really any yards with indoors, all the people i now either have an outdoor or none at all.
Although Trent Valley down the road has an indoor tht i think you can rent out & also Brackenhurst (20mins away) have a huge indoor that you can also rent out.

Whereabouts in Newark area?

I know a lovely yard in Caunton which is about 10 minutes west of Newark. They have a small indoor(20 by 40), bigger outdoor (25 by 50ish), showjumps, all year turnout, DIY, assisted or full livery, horsewalker, solarium, wash bay, own hay and straw grown on site, lovely people etc. Pm me if you'd like their number.
