What would you expect to pay for paty livery in the north of england that includes the following , stable with mats , water & light , grazing , sand floodlit arena , turnout & bring in (no rug change) hay , bedding & basic hard feed. Have to do own mucking out & get stable ready for evening.

What would you expect to pay?

in the south it's £60 in more than one yard round here without anyone turning out/bringing in and no hard feed.

Yard I was on in NW charged £65 for that service ... had an indoor as well as outdoor school though.
Are you setting a yard up?

I would'nt expect to pay any less than £35 p/w.
I pay £27.50 in winter for stable, straw, adlib haylage and access to turnout. My Y/O will always bring in/ turn out and change rugs if I need her to but only if I ask. However have nowhere at all to school once grass paddock becomes too wet (usually september) so IMO it would be worth paying at least another £10 p/w for a school, particularly a floodlit one!
Also I agree with Poppymoo - would rather supply my own feed, then I know he is getting exactly what he needs rather than whatever is provided.

In Suffolk and we pay £25 per week for this all apart from hard feed (as others have pointed out I think this is better so you know exactly what there getting)
